LISTING FEES

If your horse doesn’t sell for enough money, you don’t have to sell. It will only cost you the Flat Fee of the Ad Option you had chosen when setting up your Auction Ad AND you can run your horse through an additional auction for FREE! The market is always fluctuating, and some months are better than others, so Try Again at NO COST!

Flat Fee of $99.99 paid upon uploading of auction information and media. (If your horse sells for $1.000 or less, we will REFUND 50% of the Flat Fees you paid. If you received a discount off the $99.99 regular fee, you will receive a refund of 1/2 of the amount you paid for that ad (minus any Wire fees or the 3% service charge for Credit Cards.  Zelle has No Fees).

$1.00 Identity Proof charge: You must Register and Log in to participate in an Auction. You must keep your valid credit card on file. You agree your card will be charged $1.00 to prove the Seller and Bidder are of Legal Age and not a robot or minor.

• If you don’t receive the bid price you like, you don’t have to sell. The auction ends labeled “Reserve Price Not Met” and you owe no additional fee.
• You ALSO have the right to run the same, unsold horse again in THREE future auction dates of your choosing over the following 6 months (perhaps you found you need better pictures, video, or details on the horse’s attributes OR you are just waiting for the market to change in your favor.).
• You are allowed 30 photos and 3 videos for each ad. NOTE: individual videos labeled with certain skills or views are more desirable for Buyers to watch.
• AND you will receive a 50% REFUND back from FlatFeeHorseAuction.com if your Non “RESCUE ME” horse sells for Less Than $1,000!
  • If you received a discount off the regular listing price of $99.99, you will receive 50% back on whatever price you paid for that ad. 
•  Just one Flat Fee of $99.99 USD to list your horse in an auction as stated above.

• If you don’t receive the bid price you like, you don’t have to sell. The auction ends labeled “Reserve Price Not Met” and you owe no additional fee.
• You ALSO have the right to run the same, unsold horse again in UNLIMITED future auction dates of your choosing over the following 12 months (perhaps you found you need better pictures, video, or details on the horse’s attributes OR you are just waiting for the market to change in your favor.).
• You are allowed 40 photos and 6 videos. NOTE: individual videos labeled with certain skills or views are more desirable for Buyers to watch.

• NO Commissions ever.
• A FREE “RESCUE ME” ad is intended for Rescue Horses who are ill, mistreated, and looking to find a home and typically selling for less than $1,200.00 USD.
• If a horse listed in the Free RESCUE ME ads sells for MORE THAN $1,200.00 USD, you (The Seller) will be subject to the fees of Auction Ad Option A above.
• If you don’t receive the bid price you like, you don’t have to sell. The auction ends labeled “Reserve Price Not Met” and you owe no fees at all. 
• You ALSO have the right to run the same, unsold horse again in ONE other auction date of your choosing over the following 6 months (perhaps you found you need better pictures, video, or details on the horse’s attributes OR you found it wasn’t a good market that month due to unforeseen economic events).
• You are allowed 5 photos and 1 video.
